Body
The University has moved to a centralized Adobe licensing model. Access to Adobe software is now tied to your University account using Single Sign-On (SSO) via Okta.
Note: Technology Services can assist with accessing, downloading, and installing Adobe Creative Cloud. However, we do not provide support or training for how to use individual Adobe applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). For usage support, visit Adobe Help Center.
If you haven’t requested a license or received an email from Adobe confirming one has been assigned to you, please submit a ticket to the Service Desk to request access.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
Q: I didn’t receive the email from Adobe.
A: Try signing in directly at https://www.adobe.com/home using your University email. If your license hasn’t been provisioned, contact the Service Desk.
Q: My apps say “Trial” or “Expired.”
A: Make sure you’re signed in with your University SSO account, not a personal Adobe ID.
Q: Can I install Adobe apps on more than one device?
