- Change course visibility settings

- View all student groups

- Work with Learning Outcomes and Rubrics:
- Add, edit, delete, and import learning outcomes
- Add, edit, and delete rubrics
- Generate Reports and Access SIS Data:

- Read SIS (Student Information System) data
- Manage Users:
- View the list of users in the course
- Manage students in the course
- View user login IDs and primary email addresses

What the Guest Teacher Cannot Do:
Guest Teachers do not have permissions related to grading or final grade moderation:
- They cannot edit grades.
- They cannot select final grades for moderation.
- They cannot view all grades or audit the grade history.
- They have limited course management abilities, as indicated by partial access to the "Manage Courses" permission.
