Viewing Your Tickets in the Support Portal

Overview

Use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Client Portal at support.pugetsound.edu
  2. In the top right corner, click Sign In
  3. Click the Check Request Status button

 

 

On this page, you can see all of your ticket requests. By default, it will only show new and open tickets. Use the filters at the top to view requests by status class, department, service, and more.

 


To view details about a request click the Title, this will bring you to a new page to see the ticket status [1], make additional comments[2], see if there are any updates in the feed, or withdraw the Request.
